Response Time
Business Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We aim to handle each ticket within 3 business days. However, our response time may be delayed by one or two business days during every weekend or government holiday.
Important Notice
If a ticket remains unresponsive for more than one or two business days or is unrelated to our support items, it will be closed. Additionally, duplicate ticket issues may also result in ticket locking. Thank you for your cooperation.
